With her excellent participation in Rolf’s advanced design and technique classes and over a year of intense client services mentored by our Master Stylists, Antoinette is in her second year as a professional stylist. She’s been a champion of many of Rolf’s community events including being selected as a member of Rolf’s Artistic Fashion Team and volunteering makeovers for women who have lost their job. She believes that every stylist must constantly participate in advanced training and updated style sessions as a way to guarantee each client the best possible experience.

As one of Rolf’s Master Level Artists, Cameron specializes in everything from classic cuts to Scottsdale Fashion Week runway styles. Passionate about giving back to the community, Cameron has participated in almost all of Rolf’s charitable events from the SuperBowl 2008 Celebrity Greenroom to the Camp Courage summer camp for burned children. For Cameron, Rolf’s Advance In-House Academy's weekly education classes keeps her well informed and inspired. Cameron is a Master Stylist and has been at Rolf’s Arrowhead Salon for over five years.

With her tremendous experience and years of training, Justice has been with Rolf's for 7 years. Combining Rolf’s continuing national and international education with her extensive training in the best New York academies, Justice enjoys watching and applying both west coast and east coast style trends. There has not been a charity function or a salon event Justice hasn’t participated in. “We are always striving to be better, get farther, provide more for Rolf's clients, and to even raise the standard of the industry,” Justice states.

Melissa enjoys just about everything in the salon world but has the most fun with updos and advanced, precision cutting. “Being a Rolf’s Artist requires extensive and continuous training, a good eye and focus, lots of hard work, and a great degree of natural talent,” Melissa says. She is happy to contribute to Rolf’s Salon's well-earned reputation and many years of uncompromising delivery. Melissa loves the passion of her colleagues and delights in the wonderful pleasures of great clients, a supportive environment, and the rewarding work of making a difference for people in the Valley.

With expertise in multidimensional color applications and overall hair styling, Zoey says that ‘glamorous’ blow-drys require specific products and careful, precise techniques way beyond what one would expect. Of course, she teaches these techniques to Rolf's clients so they can do it at home. Zoey enjoys both her colleagues and the clients, finding humor, support, and inspiration in her daily work. She especially enjoys pitching in to the Salon’s extensive charity and community work exemplified by her participation in Rolf’s Channel 3 Monday Morning Makeover and Camp Courage, a summer camp for children burn victims.

Justin exceeds in everything he does but really enjoys the challenge of color formulation and perfect application. Because Justin spent years in Hawaii working with a huge variety of hair types, he developed a special appreciation for long and ethnic styles. While he’s reluctant about shortening healthy long hair unless the client is insistent, Justin instead focuses on perfect shape and making length manageable. He loves Rolf’s continuing national and international training and education system, especially when it involves traveling to far away places.

While she loves all aspects of style and design, Nikki especially enjoys the art and science of ‘highlights’ and going for the deeper, dimensional color. She is fascinated with the challenge of taking an ordinary hair condition and transforming it into something that looks and feels extraordinary. Fashion shows, big events, and charity work are the most fun for her. She also finds that giving back to the community and helping in Rolf’s charity events make her proud and happy. Nikki is a Senior Stylist and has been with Rolf’s for more than 2 years but has been a professional stylist for more than 10 years.

Frank radiates both excitement and confidence about all aspects of hair design, style, and technique. Making people feel and look good is Frank’s passion. He finds Rolf’s system of constant and continuing education professionally rewarding and also points out how close and unified the Rolf's team has become along this path. Variety, creativity, and professional focus are what makes Rolf’s a great place to both work and to visit. Also a fan of helping the community, Frank jumps into all of Rolf’s charity work and artistic events with great enthusiasm. Frank is a Senior Stylist and has been with Rolf's for 2 years.

As one of Rolf’s most experienced and creative artists, Lettie loves the process of transformative makeovers. Lettie has received advanced training in New York, Las Vegas, and Rolf’s numerous advanced workshops. Few stylists are as naturally gifted or as well trained. Lettie’s skills and personality place her as a valued member of Rolf’s elite education team. She has received numerous awards including Rolf’s most cherished employee and a trip to Paris. As a regular member of Rolf’s Channel 3TV Monday Morning Makeover team and Scottsdale Fashion Shows, Lettie enjoys the fun and challenge of high pressure performance.

Presley is an expression of creativity. She specializes in textured cuts which show off deep color dimension and placement. Presley enjoys the fashion world and Rolf’s continuos presence in it. Because of her hard work and great talent, Rolf's will be sending Presley to London in the Fall of 2009 for international training. She believes that the salon’s constant national and international continuing education and exposure makes Rolf’s the most exciting place in the Valley. She also says the wonderful atmosphere and team approach makes Rolf’s a pleasant place to visit.

As a licensed aesthetician, Tia celebrates the shape and beauty of the human face through her work. While she loves formal events such as the artistic perfection of weddings or glamorous evenings, she also enjoys discovering her client’s most becoming and easily applied, everyday style. After a thorough consultation and history, Tia’s first priority is skin health. Her second priority is to find the perfect brow shape or touch-up that enhances and opens the face. With her love of people and activity Tia looks forward to the range of Rolf’s celebrity and community events.

Cindy brings a wonderful balance of art and science to the makeup and skin care world. From skin health to the subtle dynamics of facial structure, Cindy helps her clients present themselves with a fresh, confident, and natural look. She specializes in finding the most complimentary color, the right tones, and the perfect application. She also enjoys teaching her clients efficient home techniques from everyday-wearable care to formal celebrations. As an aesthetician, Cindy promotes skin health and skin glow more than just cover-up.

Having graduated from the best makeup school in Hollywood as well as the best aesthetician school in Arizona, Morgan offers her clients a deep range of both experience and practical perspective. She believes that less is more when it comes to makeup—at least whenever possible. She also believes that makeup should bring out a person’s best features and yet keep the face bright and fresh. Morgan has been featured on Channel 3TV Monday Morning Makeover and is part of Rolf’s Photo Shoot Team.
