Terms and Conditions for A La Carte Services

1. Contract requires 50% deposit of the total price upon booking. Remaining 50% due 30 days before event.

2. Bridal Services and Packages have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel before 30 days of your service, a full refund will be granted (minus any services rendered.) If you cancel under 30 days, our corporate management will review, and at their discretion, a refund may be granted.

3. Gratuity is not included in package price. Gratuity is normally 18-20% of services rendered.

4. Credit Card Information needed to hold appointment.

5. Photography: If you wish to be photographed while receiving services in the salon, your photographer will need to contact our corporate office at 480-730-3175 to receive instructions prior to your scheduled services.
